All our prices at www.hivlighting.com do not include shipping costs.

Orders can be picked up from our warehouse or we can arrange transportation.
H.I.V. lighting works with major carriers such as TNT and DHL.

We can offer you the best prices and the best service.

Transport and handling costs

H.I.V. lighting is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by freight forwarding companies.

The goods travel at the customer’s risk.

You can always request express shipping or additional insurance for your order.

Our standard delivery is Economy express and shipments are uninsured.

For each order, you will receive a tracking number so you have a clear picture
progress of the shipment.

Warranty

All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (24 months). Our Led Wall brand comes with a 36 month warranty.

The warranty for consumables such as lamps, led source, laser diodes, valves, batteries, etc. is 90 days.

All defective devices must be delivered to the service department of HIV LTD.

H.I.V. lighting will pick up defective products and return them free of charge**, 90 days from the date of the invoice. For the period exceeding 90 days, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

Please note that if no problem is found, the total amount of shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Damage from third party products connected to our devices is not covered.

**The pickup and return procedure, is only available for countries within the European Union.
